What can you take to the Unplug n Drop off site?

Any electronic waste (e-waste) are products with a power cord or battery that have reached the end of their useful life.

Examples of e-waste include:

- Televisions
- Computers (eg monitors, printers, scanners, keyboards and mice)
- Telecommunications equipment (eg faxes, mobile phones and cordless phones)
- Small household appliances (eg toasters, vacuums and microwaves)
- Electrical and electronic tools (eg sewing machines, drills, electric mowers and electric toys)
- Entertainment equipment (eg cameras, game consoles, DVD players and stereos)

The Unplug n Drop cage located in the Mitcham Cultural Village, 103 Princes Road, Mitcham SA 5062 is available 24/7!

Located at the rear of the cultural village carpark.  I've been down there recently dropping off a printer and its a bit overgrown with a tree, so thought it had been taken away, but no, it's still there.   This site is extremely popular the the cage is usually full.   Makes it worthwhile for http://www.electronicrecyclingaustralia.com.au to collect though 🙂  And great to know all our electronics are not going to landfill.   A scheme well worth supporting.
